Cornerstones of Tourism Management and Policy

Consulting and support of tourism associations is a central part of the work H&A does, strongly linked to the personal connections and experiences with the tourism management of regions and countries that H&A has had the pleasure to accompany and support.

Projects that H&A has completed in this field included:

  • arrangement and organisation of workshops for the development of tourism products for representatives of tourism associations
  • arrangement and organisation of seminars on the development of tourist products for associations
  • individual consulting and coaching of tourism management companies
  • support of improved connections between different levels of tourism management at national, regional and locals levels
  • positioning of tourism management companies and definition of prerequesites for successful development of tourism
  • development of umbrella organisation for regional tourism associations and tourism companies
